I attended the life skills certification program from Crecers. It was a good journey and has lot of topics to learn. The most helpful concept I learnt was about anger management. There are bunch of movies which was showcased in class with many important messages which was taught during sessions and is very unique and effective way to teach. It's a beautiful experiential journey through life skills. It would be great if many more take this advantage to learn & excel. I personally think that the concepts are applicable even to adults and they should also explore and learn more.

I attended the life skills course of 3 months. Now when I see myself, I am able to notice a lot of changes in me . Every class of the life skills had interesting topics. We had quiz and movie watching as well which captivated me. The topics that I liked the most are anger management, peer influence, Financial literacy, emotional intelligence. Having known Crecers, its programs, and also how it is comprehensively conducted, I have my own daughter attending Life Skills certification which is immensely useful. It's not easy to teach emotional intelligence to an adolescent, and it’s been thoroughly done here. I was highly influenced by her Parenting workshop and did not have a second thought to get my daughter here for Life skills. Indeed it is a great idea for both adolescents and adults to go through this program.

Parents unknowingly do commit mistakes, and this workshop did help us relook at them and also develop awareness towards our own behaviour highlighting how would it result in the child’s behaviour as well.
